Josh however is afraid of telling Drake that he is dating someone else because of Drake, Mindy and their animosity towards one another and Drake's displeasure for Mindy because she attempted to detain Drake (in Honor Council episode). Mindy is then able to break up with Josh due to his dishonesty. Mindy is played in the show by Allison Scagliotti. She is intelligent, yet she is also confident. Mindy is constantly trying to defeat her adversary Josh. Also, she displays an intense dislike of Drake and her feelings are mutual. Following a decline in the audience and the fate of the show was determined by this fact. It's gaining traction eight years after it ended.
