Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy, born 25th November 1968, in Canada is a Canadian actress and musician that was recognized for her significant contribution in American television. She has become a household name for her performances as Claire Kincaid in Law & Order and Crossing Jordan. Hennessy has also showcased her acting prowess in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class in which she played co-directing and writing muscles. Hennessy began her career in 1988, alongside her sister as twin call girls in Dead Ringers. She appeared briefly in Buddy The Buddy Holly Story The Buddy Holly Story on Broadway in the year 1990. It was 1993 when she left the realm of musicals and into the science-fiction genre, playing the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. Her big break occurred later that year when she joined the ensemble of the hit NBC crime show Law & Order as assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid. She mesmerized audiences in this role for three seasons until her departure in the year 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker has appeared in films and television shows like RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys on the Side The West Wing Angels in America for which she received a Golden Globe and an Emmy Award for the Best Supporting Actress. Parker received the 2001 Tony Award as Best Actress in the Broadway show Proof.
